We were told by the dealershup to increase the fuse from 20 amp to 25amp. This solved the problem. Finding the fuse is another problem. It is hidden in a space above the drivers seat on the ledge. The price was excellent for the features of the Elddis compared to an equivalent Australian manufactured van. There 10 year warranty on the frame as opposed to 1 year on equivalent vans.
