I have been having 1 pack of instant oatmeal (19 g Carbs) with either 1/2 an apple or strawberries, some kind of nuts sprinkled on top, couple scoops of plain coconut yogurt, peanut butter, cinnamon and I use stevia to sweeten a bit. Super satisfying, good fiber, protein and fat and my number is consistently within range.
