WebbEspecially, DON'T enter CAS without doing the following. Make a new robo arm, (have it in ur inventory from before trying this fix if need be) and equip this arm. Now save game, after that remove the arm by clicking on ur sim (as the option to remove it now SHOULD be there unlike before the fix) and save the game again. WebbIt also seems it has to do with how focused you are as to how likely it is you will get an element from doing this. Sending things to the Geo Council is still the most reliable method for getting elements apparently but you can occasionally get them from the "Practice Analysis" also. vagrantheather • 2 yr. ago

I've been sending every metal and crystal I get to the Geo Council.. Still, no luck.
Webb3 apr. 2015 · Also, you have to be careful not to "get mail" but the "pay bills" when the bills come. Otherwise, you end up with a letter in your inventory that can't be opened and a broken mailbox. The only thing I can suggest is repairing your game in Origin (right click on the picture of your game and "repair game" will be in the menu that comes up.) Logged.

You’ll receive whatever elements were extracted from the crystal or metal in the mail the following day. To save you some time, you can call the Geo Council to ask about any metal or crystal you have.
