WebOnce they age up into toddlers the skin tone always corrects itself to what it's supposed to be. TLDR: Yes they work. But try to find a more recent updated one the one linked is very old and may not work at all. Glancing at the one you linked I would suggest double checking to see if there is an updated version.

The sim icon of the babies however decided that the babies needed more colour. When i looked at the cribs, the babies were still fair skinned, so it's just the icon.
